PARTNERING WITH LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
We can’t do it alone! Leadership Council is able to offer its programs through a variety of partnerships, helping to keep membership dues affordable. Here are a few examples:
Facilitation: We are honored to have the contributions of skilled facilitators for our Leaders Circles, Leadership Challenge, and Search Inside Yourself programs. Many of these experienced leaders have active consulting businesses, but believe in building capacity for our region’s nonprofits.
Benefit Partnerships: Several companies offer benefits or discounts to LC members (and we’re always looking for more!).
Sponsors: Financial support for year-round programs and special events is provided by companies and grantmakers who believe that LC’s capacity-building programs are important to our local nonprofit industry.
If you see yourself in one of these categories or have another partnership idea, please reach out to me!
Beth Benson
Executive Director

Junior League of Cincinnati Partnership & Funding
The Junior League of Cincinnati (JLC) invites interested non-profit organizations to submit an application of interest for partnership and funding. The JLC has a long history of creating and partnering with non-profit organizations in the Cincinnati area to address community needs.
This year, their goal is to partner with an existing 501(c) (3) organization that has an idea of a new initiative or additional aspect of an existing program for the JLC to champion. The JLC hopes you will consider whether you have an opportunity they can help to realize. Based on the JLC Cincinnati Community Needs Assessment, they are seeking your ideas for creating a positive impact within the following areas: affordable housing, mental health, and job and life skills training.
The JLC will provide trained volunteers and seed funding for a period of three to five years to a local organization and project aligned to the JLC mission. This funding series is not intended to be used for capital improvements, general operating support, or to launch a new program outside of the JLC partnership. Instead, funding should go directly to support building out the selected nonprofit idea that the JLC will work to move forward in one of the focus areas.
The JLC aims to co-create an active, visible and impactful project that is unique to the JLC partnership with their chosen organization. Details about the application process, key dates and what you can expect from a JLC partnership are listed in the Information Packet and Phase 1 online application.
