On behalf of the Leadership Macomb Board of Directors, Program Council, and staff, we wish you a very happy holiday season!  We are grateful for all of the sponsors, volunteers and participants that make our programs possible.  We are also thankful for those that serve our communities;  military, first responders, elected officials and volunteers. We appreciate the very special value each and every one of you provide to the county, and we are extremely proud that our programs serve as a conduit to connect so many for the greater good.  Wishing you and your loved ones a holiday season filled with an abundance of love, good health, and happiness beyond measure.
Happy Holidays!
LM XXI Defense Industry Day

The Defense Industry is a major asset in Macomb County, and it's impact is often unappreciated.  Last month, LM XXI received an up close look at   the Defense Industry in Macomb County. The day included unique tours of the Detroit Arsenal and General Dynamics Land Systems. Special thanks to the sponsors for this memorable day: Rose-A-Lee Technologies and NDIA of MI.
 Junior LM Community Service Day

Junior LM V spent their November session learning about the important work that community service organizations are doing in Macomb County and also participated in multiple service projects.  The group above displays the pillows they made for hospital patients, and homeless individuals.  Other projects they worked on included assembling care packages for those in crises through Families Against Narcotics' "Hope Not Handcuffs" program and creating greeting cards for servicemen and women to send home to loved ones.
Thank you, LM XXI Curriculum Sponsors!

Our unique, high-quality programs would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors!

Thank you to Macomb County employees for donating $450 to Junior Leadership Macomb through your Casual Friday Donation program.  Junior Leadership Macomb was one of 12 local non-profits chosen to receive the donations.
