Nominating Committee Ballot-will be sent March 13 and voting will end on March 20.

Important Information:

Leadership Summit begins with Registration (9:30-10am) at the Welcome Center at the South Entrance.

Childcare will be provided during dinner and Ordination Service (information will be sent soon)

Pastors with young children who choose to have childcare provided at home during Leadership Summit can ask to be reimbursed for this expense.

Requests for reimbursement can be sent to: gatewayfmcusa@gmail.com. Please remember to specify the amount that you paid for reimbursement.

Wondering what is appropriate to wear? Business Casual is the answer.

Ordained Pastors,

You do not need to bring your stole this year for the Ordination Service (unless you would like to wear it).

Nominating Committee

Ballot and Voting

Information

The Nominating Committee Ballot will be sent through Constant Contact to those who are eligible to vote. This ballot will also include a link to view the Nominating Committee report and Biographies for those on the ballot.

This ballot will be sent out on Monday, March 13 via newsletter. Those eligible to vote will have until Monday, March 20 to vote. After that date, the voting will be closed and the results will be announced during the March 25 Leadership Summit.

Those with the highest number of votes will be elected (a majority will not be needed).  In the event of a tie, the Gateway Conference Board of Administration will determine who will serve. Biographies for candidates and a copy of the Nominating Committee Report will be available at:

We need to have the Delegates Information sheet for your church delegate(s) by Monday, March 6 in order to send the Nominating Committee Ballot for voting to them via Constant Contact.
