Carpooling will be available to The Bridge FMC for the Ordination Service (see below for information on The Bridge FMC).
The Ordination Service will begin at 5pm.

The Ordination Service will be held at The Bridge FMC, 50 Kriege Farm Rd., Glen Carbon, IL (2.5 miles from The LeClaire Room). Carpooling will be available for those attending Leadership Summit from the LeClaire Room.

Wondering what is appropriate to wear?

Business Casual is the answer.

Ordained Pastors, please remember to bring your stoles with you which will be worn during the Ordination Service.

If you will be attending Leadership Summit and have not yet received a stole, you will be able to pick one up at Leadership Summit.

Childcare Information for Saturday Evening


We are pleased to provide complimentary childcare starting Friday afternoon for the Ordination Service at The Bridge and the Dinner afterwards at the LeClaire Room. 

Childcare will be provided through The Bridge FMC for infants through grade school children. Children may begin arriving at The Bridge FMC at 4:30pm and will be picked up after Dinner (please plan to pick up your children no later than 9:15pm). They will be provided with a pizza dinner (if your children have food restrictions, please feel free to bring items they will be able to eat).  

Please RSVP to [email protected] with names and ages of children who will need childcare by Wednesday, August 4. An e-mail with more detailed information will be sent by Friday afternoon.

COVID-19 Protocols

We will use an honor system for Leadership Summit.

If you have been vaccinated, you will not need to wear a mask. If you are not vaccinated, we request that you wear a mask unless eating.

Individual packets of hand sanitizer will be available at tables and we will also have face masks available.

These protocols are subject to change.

Nominating Committee Ballot was sent via constant contact to those eligible to vote last week. If you have not yet voted, please take the time to do so today.
