Scouts Show Appreciation to Pasadena Firefighters
Exploring Associate Breanna and Rose Bowl Unit Coordinator Alfredo recently had the privilege of joining Pack 7 from the Rose Bowl District for a special visit to the Pasadena Fire Department. The Scouts delivered bags of delicious popcorn as a heartfelt thank-you for the firefighters’ incredible efforts during the recent fires.
The firefighters warmly welcomed the Scouts, offering a mini tour of the fire station and giving them a close-up look at a fire truck. The experience was both educational and inspiring, allowing the Scouts to express their appreciation while gaining insight into the vital role firefighters play in keeping our communities safe.
A special thank you to Trails End Popcorn for providing the popcorn, giving our Scouts the opportunity to thank our local heroes with this generous donation.
Moments like these highlight the values of gratitude and service that are deeply ingrained in Scouting. A big thank-you to the Pasadena Fire
Department for their dedication and kindness, and to Pack 7 for their thoughtful gesture of support.
We are truly grateful for our local heroes and proud of our Scouts for honoring them in such a meaningful way!

Support Scouts in Rebuilding Their Scouting Gear
As families recover from the devastation of the fires, we are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support from our volunteers. Now, our focus shifts to helping replace essential camping gear. While many have generously offered equipment, we want to ensure that impacted Scouts can select the gear best suited for their adventures.
Please consider donating to the Gear Replacement Fund. All funds raised will be distributed to affected families through REI gift cards, allowing them to purchase exactly what they need to continue their Scouting journey. Together, we can help them get back outdoors and back to what they love most!
Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this possible! We’d love to hear how your experience went—please share your story with Cicily Gardea at Cicily.Gardea@scouting.org.
