Has your chapter developed a best practice or established a process that has seen great results? It could be anything from custom VolunteerMatch ads for specialty roles to effective web pages that drive results.

Top Resources on SCORE.org
The Top Resources on SCORE.org document lists the top 25 pages in FY21 to date, top 25 monthly workshops and resources, and the top 100 organic and on-site keywords on the national website. This document is updated monthly, and we suggest bookmarking it for future reference.
The marketing team is making updates to the navigation menu on www.score.org. These changes will provide more information about who we are, what we do, and help new visitors find our major programs and initiatives. If your chapter has customized menu options, these settings will stay the same.
In the Website Navigation Updates document, you can learn more about these upcoming changes and see an outline of the new menu options.

Apply to SCORE Staff - Director of Field Operations
SCORE has recently posted for the staff position of Director of Field Operations. The Director of Field Operations contributes to the day-to-day needs of field operations through direct interactions with the Field Leadership and Staff and is an integral role in helping to develop the strategic direction of the organization.
This opportunity is open to any interested individuals who currently may be SCORE volunteers or to share with anyone you know who would be able and interested in this role. The job application can be found on SCORE.org or directly here.

Chapters can now create recorded webinars on chapter sites. If your chapter is interested in hosting recorded webinars on your website, we recommend storing webinar recordings on YouTube as an unlisted video. You can do this by downloading your recording and transcript from Zoom and uploading it to your chapter's YouTube account, and marking it as "unlisted."
- If your chapter has a YouTube account, please add marketing@score.org as a Manager to ensure consistency in branding and help with access questions if there is volunteer turnover.
- If your chapter does not have a YouTube account, email marketing@score.org and we will create a channel for you.
All chapters currently have access to a free premium VolunteerMatch account funded through SCORE HQ, and will continue to provide all chapters with a premium VolunteerMatch account into FY22. With a premium account, chapters have access to the full suite of recruitment tools that basic accounts do not have. Such as:
-
The One-Click Reposting Tool – repost volunteer opportunities to keep them at the top of the search results.
-
Greeting Manager – automatically send a customized email to those who express interest in volunteering with your chapter.
-
Reports – pull reports to see how many views and connections an opportunity has received.
-
Copy Opportunities – copy opportunities to streamline the creation of new ones.
