Each year, participants experience an immersive program that explores key areas of our county, public safety, education, business, government, and more, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how our community works.

Along the way, they build meaningful relationships with classmates from a wide range of industries, forming a network that continues long after graduation. With hundreds of alumni serving in schools, nonprofits, businesses, and civic organizations, Leadership Warren County’s impact is seen and felt across the county.

For 25 years, Leadership Warren County has helped shape the future of our region by developing informed, connected, and community-minded leaders.

Recipient of the Duke Energy Small Business Grant

The Warren County Foundation is proud to recognize Badges Drum Shop and owner Charles Andrews, recently selected as recipients of the Duke Energy Small Business Grant.

Like many small retailers, Badges Drum Shop faces ongoing challenges related to cash flow as it works to survive, improve, and grow without relying on loans that can strain profitability. With support from this grant, the shop plans to add a highly requested drum brand, thereby expanding its offerings and better serving the drumming community.
