Make plans now to be part of the League’s 2019 Legislative Affairs Forum on Monday, February 11, 2019! Find out what the results of the 2018 mid-term elections mean for credit unions in Congress, get the latest news on what is happening at the Statehouse, and maybe even hear a preview of the 2020 Presidential election. Following the Forum, our annual reception for state legislators gives credit union leaders the chance to personally interact with their state representatives and senators. The State Legislator Reception continues to be a very important part of the day as we work to build relationships with the many new legislators who have joined the Indiana General Assembly in recent years.  We strongly encourage you to register for the State Legislator Reception and stay to talk to your legislators about all that your credit union is doing for its members and community.
This webinar, presented by Senior Consultant, Director of Regulatory Analysis Dave Hawkins, will cover a number of topics, including the maximum hold periods for existing and new members, the extended hold periods for exception items, the initial disclosure requirements (i.e., Funds Availability Disclosure) and more.
This webinar, presented by Senior Consultant, Director of Regulatory Analysis Dave Hawkins, will assist credit union volunteers/officials with the BSA educational requirements.
