Make plans now to be part of the League’s 2019 Legislative Affairs Forum on Monday, February 11, 2019! Back again this year is the panel from Indiana Week in Review to lay out the Indiana political landscape. Other speakers will tell us what the chance in the political balance in Congress means for credit unions and will bring the latest news about important issues under consideration at the Statehouse. Following the Forum, our annual reception for state legislators runs from 5 - 7 p.m. and gives credit union leaders the chance to personally interact with their state representatives and senators. The State Legislator Reception continues to be a very important part of the day as we work to build relationships with the many new legislators who have joined the Indiana General Assembly in recent years. We strongly encourage you to register for the State Legislator Reception and stay to talk to your legislators about all that your credit union is doing for its members and community.
This webinar, presented by Senior Consultant, Director of Regulatory Analysis Dave Hawkins, will cover a number of topics, including the maximum hold periods for existing and new members, the extended hold periods for exception items, the initial disclosure requirements (i.e., Funds Availability Disclosure) and more.
