Stressing Over Growth
Levy Limits
New Construction - Have & Have Nots
In the July The Municipality we take on levy limits and the importance of new construction. The Wisconsin Policy Forum details the have and have nots of levy limits. One glance at the maps that they provide and you get the picture, but you'll also want to read the article. Yunji Kim, UW-Extension Local Govt. Center continues the theme with a look at fiscal stress nationally. In her research she has found three drivers: the economy, demographics and state policy. She will focus on Wisconsin in the August The Municipality magazine.
