As the Director of Programs at the Commission, Rodriguez spent over a decade pioneering and leading strategic organizational development efforts, programmatic initiatives and cultivating strong and diverse community engagements. His vision, commitment, dedication, professional record of success, and his work in the community makes him well qualified to take on the role as Vice President of Programs at the Latino Commission.
