Greetings!
Our thoughts, our words, and all of our actions truly do matter and have a ripple effect on every one around us.
Most of us probably realize by now that we have the opportunity to learn lessons that are specific to our own, unique journey as a Soul this lifetime. In fact, I am pretty certain that each one of us signed up to undergo these lessons before we incarnated. And although we may go through times when we feel victimized by a circumstance or relationship, we are not victims, no matter how difficult the experience is (or was). They only really become a problem when the lesson isn't understood and the emotional pain they cause becomes stuck in the subconscious and the energy field.
Half the solution is becoming aware of what the lesson connected to the experience is. If we look deep within ourselves and ask; ‘how did I attract this relationship…this experience’ etc., we may be able to understand the lesson. Then we can consciously choose differently the next time, whether it is a job, a relationship, a professional healer etc.
We are all evolving. Combine that with the increasing frequencies on the planet and everyone is feeling more sensitive. The more we understand what is happening, the better we can deal with our increased sensitivity on all levels and with each other. Slowing ourselves down, being more patient with each other and working on our compassion help us adjust to the increasing energy frequencies on the planet and our own evolution.
Especially now, with all the hype and the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it is even more important to slow down and silence the noise so we can hear our thoughts and be aware of our feelings, without distractions from the outside world.
Here are a few easy ways to do this:
1- Take holidays from your phone and computer on a regular basis.
(Sundays are my favorite day to turn everything OFF - That is my ME day and I just want to be quiet; walk in nature, write, listen to a Spiritual talk, link up with my Guides, float in a completely silent float tank. I have no need or desire for a phone or computer etc. to disrupt my serenity, especially on a Sunday. Try taking a holiday from your phone, I'm pretty sure you'll love it!)
2- Meditate and be thankful every morning
Even if it seems like a really little thing, like a delicious cup of coffee that came out just right! Get excited about it, whatever it is. There are lots of little things that can help you have a better day when you stop to notice them.
3- Walk in nature
Yes, walk among the trees and birds and animals who are living there. Be respectful and loving as they all share their home with you. Spread your good energy as you walk, hug a tree if you feel like it! It’s all good and good for you.
4- Journal often. This is an excellent way to slow down your thoughts so you can really hear them and a very good way for you to strengthen your relationship with yourself and process whatever is going on for you.
And if you would like help understanding your 'purpose for being here' better, or resolving some lingering issues quickly, you can reach out to me. I will help you come to peace about whatever and whomever you want to be at peace with as we prepare to begin a new year.
Love,
Ellie ♥
