Sunday Restore &Resonate

Restorative Yoga +Sound Bath

Sundays 6:00-7:30:pm

Join Nancy and Sadie Sunday evenings for a deeply calming experience designed to help you unwind, reset, and gently prepare for the week ahead. This offering begins with 45 minutes of restorative yoga, using supportive props and long, nourishing holds to soften the body and quiet the nervous system. You’ll then be guided into a sound bath, allowing soothing tones and vibrations to support deep rest, integration, and balance. Accessible to all levels. No prior yoga or meditation experience needed. Please wear comfortable layers and bring anything that helps you feel cozy. Tickets-$33

Rooted & Rising - 6 Week Journey

It’s about coming home — to the body, to truth, and to what’s next.

This winter, I’m inviting you to slow all the way down. Join us for an intimate, soul-nourishing weekend designed to help you soften self-judgment, rest your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply supportive environment.



Inspired by the wisdom of the Divine Feminine — the part of us that knows how to rest, listen inward, honor cycles, and lead with compassion — this retreat gently weaves ritual, sound, movement, and reflection.


This is not about fixing or improving yourself. It’s about remembering your inherent worth and coming home to yourself.


Single and Shared Rooms Available as well as Day Pass for Locals.


This is a small, intimate gathering by design, allowing for spaciousness, safety, and personalized attention.

All experiences are trauma-informed, choice-based, and accessible. Sharing is always optional.
