IN OUR NEW PLATFORM
Greetings!

We're pleased to announce that Phase 2 of our new listings and search platform will be available to all our members beginning Monday, December 6th!

During the Phase 2 integration with the listing management tool, you will begin inputting and managing your listings in the new platform. Starting December 6th, all members will manage their listings on the new platform. The legacy listings management tool will be retired on that date and will no longer be available.

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of hands-on training and tutorials to ensure your transition to managing your listings on the new platform is as smooth as possible.
WEBINAR TRAINING
In preparation for the transition to Phase 2, we will be offering weekly webinar training.

TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE:
  • Inputting, Managing, Viewing, Verifying, and Promoting Your Listings
  • Updating Your Profile
  • Sending and Receiving Broadcast Emails
  • Using Our NEW Need/Want Feature

OCTOBER TRAINING:
  • Tuesdays from 1 – 2 p.m. PST
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER TRAINING:
  • Mondays from 10 - 11 a.m. PST
  • Tuesdays from 2 - 3 p.m. PST
CUSTOM GROUP TRAINING:
Custom group sessions are also available for offices with 10+ active CBA broker members.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PHASED ROLLOUT
Although the listing management portion of our website will be fully retired on Monday, December 6, you will still be able to conduct a search in either our new platform or our legacy platform during our phased transition. Rest assured that regardless of how you choose to search our listings, you’ll see the exact same data and search results across both the new and legacy platforms.

NOTE: During Phase 2, you will still search for Business Opportunities and Apartment CBAcma Sales data using CBA’s legacy platform.
