Z. John Zingis, Jr., LSRP

With more than 30 years of experience in the environmental field, Mr. Zingis has participated in all environmental investigations, including assessing soil and/or groundwater contamination, characterizing groundwater contaminants and flow direction, assessing sensitive environmental receptors, and more. Paula MacRae, LSRP, P.G.

Paula MacRae has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the field and has recently retired from Oweis Engineering Inc. as a Senior Geologist. Ms. MacRae has worked on environmental site remediation, groundwater resources, and geotechnical engineering-related projects, worked as an environmental technician, and served as director of Phase Contrast Microscopy Laboratory for an asbestos abatement firm. Shari Kondrup, Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority

Ms. Kondrup has more than 30 years’ experience in environmental sampling between private consulting firms and public agencies. She currently works for the Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority, where she has been instrumental in developing the surface water sampling program of the Metedeconk River Watershed, data management of source water quality parameters, and public education on water resources.
