NEW SEARCH PLATFORM
Greetings!

Hot Sheets are one of the most widely used tools on our CBA Search Platform. That's why we have prioritized your needs to help you better meet your clients’ needs.

Using CBA’s new search platform, you can set up "Saved Search" alerts to get the information you need when you need it. And now you can even add your clients to your "Saved Searches" for quicker results.

Knowing as soon as those new properties hit the market can make all the difference!
SETTING UP A NEW
"SAVED SEARCH" ALERT
First, log in to CBA and click on our new search platform on the home page: 
Enter the search parameters you're interested in (location, asset class, SF, price, etc.).

Then click on “Saved Searches” in the top right-hand corner:  
When you click on “Save Current Search,” the following screen will appear:
NEW FEATURE!! You can now add email addresses for clients to whom you would like to automatically send a copy of each notification.

When a new listing matches your search, you (and your client, if you've chosen that option) will receive an email alert and can view that listing information simply by clicking “View Listing.”

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you choose to send alerts directly to your clients, the listings links go to the public portal, www.commercialexchange.com, and the listing broker contact information is provided there.

The "send to clients" functionality is also available for your previously saved searches.
