Message from the CEO
Hello KFS family!

I hope everyone is doing well and that your 2022 is off to a great start. Knight Federal is off to a BLAZING start this year. We were fortunate to be on the INC 5000 list for the third year in a row and were recognized on their exclusive regional list of the fastest- growing companies in the Southeast.

We had a record 1st quarter and saw extensive growth in multiple locations. We are happy to welcome to the team our new groups supporting the JRTC in Ft. Polk, LA; the Department of Education in Washington, DC; and the Orlando teams supporting TSS-TMT, RVCT and Cyber Trident.

Knight Federal has been busy over the last few months living out one of our core values, SERVE. Our corporate office had a great time bowling for a cause and helped raise over $3,500 for the Down Syndrome Foundation of Central Florida. Thank you to those that contributed their time and resources to this event. We are very much looking forward to our fundraiser next month in support of the One Pulse Foundation. Our corporate office will be in touch soon to let you know how you can participate.

Be well and I hope to see everyone soon!

-Chris Baeten

Employee of the Quarter - J7 Tech Team
John Nickerson
Congratulations John Nickerson, recognized as the J7 Technical Team employee of the quarter for the first quarter of 2022.

John has been an incredible asset to the Joint Staff J7 Enterprise Architecture Division (EAD) Data Services Team. In addition to his efforts with the database builds, John is also the Program Manager for the Purple Knight Initiative, a program designed to help place wounded and/or disabled veterans in technical and training jobs. Over the past quarter, John has conducted 20 interviews for various internship positions in Data Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, Media, Intelligence, Joint Knowledge Online, Cybersecurity, Acquisitions, Electrical, Hardware, and Simulator Technicians.
