On behalf of Cardinale Enterprises, Knob Hill Golf Club would like to share some information with you about a new commercial and residential project that is proposed for the Township of Manalapan. The Manalapan Crossing project, situated on 123 acres at the corner of Route 33 and Millhurst Road will encourage commerce and bring a true downtown area to Manalapan.

 

After months of communicating with the Township of Manalapan, Cardinale & Manalapan Crossing presented their proposed plans for Manalapan Crossing at a Township Town Hall meeting on April 8th, 2015. With much excitement, they would like to share the information below with you which was presented at the meeting.

Nestled in beautiful and expansive Monmouth County, New Jersey, Manalapan Crossing will feature world-class dining and shopping, a hotel with a catered banquet hall, an art and exhibition center, a supermarket & luxury residential living in Manalapan. In addition to those amenities, Manalapan Crossing will also feature recreational facilities, such as an amphitheater for live outdoor theater and music as well an ice skating rink that all residents and the public will be able to enjoy. 

 

 

Vito F. Cardinale of Cardinale Enterprises, a partner in the Manalapan Crossing development team, has already teamed up with the National MS Society and CentraState Hospital, to help unveil the "Linda E. Cardinale MS Center" at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey. With that being said, the goal is for Manalapan Crossing to become home to one of the most comprehensive brain-focused neurological research facilities in the country.
