All of us at SharePoint wish you a happy and healthy New Year.
Like many of our members, we are happy to see 2020 in the rearview mirror. In 2020, our business shifted with the tide of the pandemic.
Fewer car loans, more home loans, more deposits, and many loan deferrals. With shorter lobby hours (drive throughs are open), more members used our Remote Deposit Capture, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. Online applications set new records. Our membership vision is to be your first choice when a financial need arises. We were pleased that in 2020 when the financial need arose, our members chose SharePoint.

As we move into 2021, and beyond the pandemic, I am sure we will see more members with new needs and perhaps a lower credit score from the recession. We are prepared and eager to remain your first choice. Please don’t assume that because you missed a payment, worked fewer hours, or were unemployed during 2020 or 2021 that you can’t use the benefits of SharePoint. Our goal is always a lifelong relationship with our members. While we cannot always say yes, we still believe our pricing and service is excellent. So please call us when you have the next financial need.

Lastly, thank you for your business. We continue to have members with 30 and 40+ years of history with SharePoint and we are now helping the younger generations of those same families. We have truly created lifelong relationships.
