The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® is bringing the Commercial & Investment Real Estate Certification Program to RI via Live Broadcast on Zoom.
With 40 years of experience as a real estate broker, instructor Ed Smith teaches the foundations needed to provide commercial and investment real estate brokerage services. Attendees will earn 24 hours of CE (including RI Fair Housing), receive a certificate of completion, and will be recognized as “Commercial & Investment Real Estate Certified” (CIREC).
