Learn all about the Story of Turtle Island
Free Drop in Event
August 4, 11, 18, and 25
10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Join Animal Services, the Pickering Public Library and Angela Duckworth from the Carea Community Health Centre for this drop in event where we share Anishinaabe Stories of how Turtle Island came to be and some of the animals that share the land. After the storytelling, children will have the opportunity to make a fun craft!

Please dress for the weather and bring a blanket to sit on.
