Colorful & Sweet Beets
Thursday February 26, 6:00pm
Cornell Cooperative Extension presents three unique recipes featuring beets. 
Whether roasted, juiced, pickled or steamed, beets are a delicious way to add a ton of vitamins, minerals and organic compounds into your diet. Beets are very low in cholesterol and saturated fat, they are a very good source of dietary fiber, folate, potassium and manganese.

Our 30 minute Getting Started with Libby session will get you up to speed on everything you need to know to use Libby – the one tap reading app, including:
  • Finding your library and signing in
  • Navigating the app
  • Browsing and searching for titles
  • Borrowing titles and placing holds
  • Managing notifications
  • And much more

If you don't have the Libby app downloaded on your device already, you can download the Libby app on most iOS and Android devices.

Click on Tumble Book Library. Enjoy picture books, graphic novels, videos and so much more. Would you like a little history of probes sent to Mars? Use the tumble search and type in Mars. Maybe you want general information about Mars? Watch a National Geographic Video. So much information right at your fingertips.

Teens
St. Basil's Cathedral Scratch Art
February 15 - While Supplies Last

The beautiful and famous St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow has become one of the most well-known cultural symbols of Russia. Artist Lisa Baglivi will guide you as you draw this beautiful landmark on scratch art paper.
All supplies will be included for pick up and an instructional video will be sent to all participants via email.
