Quick tips for getting started
A few reports of issues popped up yesterday - read on for help if you're having one of these issues. If you're having a different issue with the app, please submit it to support@lbri.com.
The email didn't arrive or you received a text message
If you received a text message with your "magic link" you can use that to download the app. It's safe - and you'll be all logged in!
Otherwise, you can use the links sent in yesterday's email or download the app from the App Store or Google Play. As a reminder, you will need to use your email and Business Center password to login to the app if you don't use the "magic link."
The app won't load or is crashing
These issues seem to be affecting users who need to update their mobile devices to the latest version.
- First, install iOS 14.4 for Apple users or 11 for Android users.
- Next, try deleting and reinstalling the app
