In this small group class setting, you will learn proper training concepts to safely and efficiently maximize your potential under the guidance of trainers Ben Parks, Daniel Augusto and Alex Noell.

Membership is not required. Open to the public.

  • Sessions are 1-hour long.
  • Your One to One Fitness Membership card or a Photo ID is required for access to One to One Fitness Center.
  • A photo ID or CWRU ID is required for access to the Veale Center.
  • One session per week per person.
