On August 13th, Resort Trades is hosting a complimentary, interactive, online Town Hall with Sean Coogan, Welk Resorts, and Lisa Kobek, CustomerCount®. The two will focus on what is perhaps the singularly most important aspect of managing a resort during COVID: Owner Communications. Kobek’s expertise lies in the area of using CustomerCount’s robust software to create surveys for resorts involved in vacation ownership. She is joined by Vice President of Resort Operations at Welk Resorts, Sean Coogan.
