Technology Giant Oracle to Acquire Taleo

Free Migration Services for Taleo Customers

Greetings!

On February 9, 2012, the technology giant Oracle agreed to buy Taleo for $1.9 billion. The acquisition is Oracle's second major purchase of a cloud-related services company. The company, which still makes most of its money from selling hardware and installed software, has been hesitant to fully endorse a business model that threatened its profit margins. In October of 2010, Taleo completed the acquisition of Learn.com.

This month we have added a new offering named KMxMBE (Mid-Sized Business Edition) that has been specifically formulated to enable Taleo/Learn.com clients to move forward with their initiatives without the worries of product uncertainty, availability of software support and maintenance and the inevitable conflicts that arise when technology providers are acquired.
