Who is the teacher who had the greatest impact on your life? We all have a teacher that stands out in our memory. The one who inspired our love of learning or who believed in us when no one else seemed to. Teaching is hard, often under-appreciated work. Here at Friendship, we know that teachers are the backbone of our society, and as our own Principal Harris has said, teachers make all the other professions. Today and every day our Friendship teachers are helping our scholars reach their full potential. Our classrooms are filled with the teachers our students will someday look back on as the people who changed their lives for the better. This is why we appreciate and celebrate our teachers!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! Friendship campuses celebrated our teachers with catered meals, massages, gifts and more!

Oh the places they’ll go!

Give your high schooler the Friendship Advantage!

Section II_1_ copy.jpg

With over 25 years of experience in education, we are committed to ensuring that every scholar who attends a Friendship school thrives inside and outside the classroom. Friendship has two of the best high schools in the city, Friendship Collegiate and Friendship Technology Preparatory, whose mission is to support students to and through college. Space in Friendship high schools is limited, so it is important to enroll now to reserve one of these coveted seats.

Friendship Collegiate is an Early College high school that requires scholars to declare a major that fosters an academic pathway uniquely tailored to their interests. Collegiate students can choose academies like Dual Enrollment, where students can earn up to 18 college credits, to Fine Arts, gardening clubs and more. Collegiate high schoolers are guided by a team of educators and leaders that are invested in the well-rounded success of every scholar.

Friendship Technology Preparatory, A science and technology immersion campus, focuses on a rigorous academic curriculum and incorporates STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) experience into everyday lessons. Tech Prep equips every scholar with the fundamentals for college success by offering Advanced Placement and Honor courses to prepare them for post-secondary education and lifelong exploration.

Immunization Information for SY 2022-23

Don’t wait until the last minute to ensure your child’s vaccines are up to date! It is easier to get scheduled for vaccine appointments now than just before the school year starts.

Vaccines are required to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and all students must be fully immunized before entering school. Immunizations are the best defense against some of the most common and sometimes deadly infectious diseases. All students must have up-to-date immunization certification on file with the school within the first 20 school days or they will not be allowed to attend school or school activities until the immunization certification is secured by the school. Under current guidelines, this requires COVID-19 vaccination for all students 16 or older.
