Reminder to All Homeowners
Pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Combined Community Rules and Regulations (CCRRs), “All animals must be securely restrained by a leash held by a person capable of controlling the animal when outside of the owner's Dwelling Unit or fenced yard. Animals must not pose a direct threat to others or cause damage to property.”
Additionally, Section 4.5 states, "Pet droppings must be immediately removed by the Owner or their representative from all areas and placed in the owner’s covered waste receptacle, in a community pet waste station, or otherwise disposed of properly." The Association provides pet waste bags for Res I pet owners at each waste station.
