The Leave Bank - a voluntary program funded through employee donations of leave time. The Leave Bank provides assistance to employees who have exhausted their own leave and are experiencing a catastrophic illness/injury. At the current time, our Leave Bank is running low. Please consider giving the gift of time by donating to Leave Bank.

 

Donations will be accepted Monday, July 17 through Sunday, July 23, 2023. In order to donate time, you must meet the following criteria.

 

  • Be a regular, full-time employee
  • Employed with the County for at least six months
  • Donate a minimum of eight hours, with no maximum
  • Donations must be in whole hour increments
  • Donations can be deducted from personal leave, term leave, vacation (Fire Rescue only), and/or old sick leave

 

Leave bank donations can only be accepted during the donation drive. To make a donation, complete and submit the Leave Bank donation form by Sunday, July 23. For questions, reach out to myOCHR at 407-836-5661 or humanresources@ocfl.net.

Please note: The Personal Leave Sell program will be held in December allowing all eligible, non-bargaining unit employees to sell leave with a payout in 2024.
