Leave Your Title At The Door
Leadership is a critical part of any group dynamic – whether it’s business, leisure, friendships, or even our families. It helps take action, embrace ideas, and guide our collective journeys. But how leadership functions (who is leading…how…and when) is up to us.

"Leading From The Middle" with Margaret J. Sumption
This year we're pleased to welcome renowned speaker and leadership coach Margaret J. Sumption as our 2022 Design Conference guest. Margaret has over 35 years of experience in her field, and has delivered more than 100 workshops, seminars, and keynote speeches focused on staff roles and relationships, team-building, and leadership coaching. Her workshop "Leading From the Middle" will guide our team through education, exercises, and discussion to understand that leadership doesn’t come with a title or tenure. Each of us can provide meaningful leadership and influence positive change from wherever we are…today.
