As we enjoy the traditions of summer and Independence Day, take a moment to pause and ground yourself in gratitude. Notice the simple things that bring a sense of freedom such as fresh air, time with loved ones, and moments of rest between the busy days. This month, try a mindful minute of reflection: take a deep breath, think of something you’re thankful for, and let yourself be fully present in the season around you. | | | | |
