Pool Gate Monitor & Cameras

This summer, we’ve teamed up with Swim Atlanta and PSI Security to help keep our pools safe, fun, and running smoothly. Their staff will be rotating between pools and checking IDs throughout the season.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Always bring your Legacy Park ID – it’s your key to pool access.
  • Everyone in your household must have their own ID.
  • No ID = No Entry – If you forget it, you’ll need to return home to retrieve it.

Please be sure your access card has the 2025 red sticker, and bring it with you each time you visit the pool.

If you see anything unusual or concerning while at the pool, notify the HOA office. All pools are equipped with cameras, and we can review footage to address issues quickly.

Thanks for helping us make this a safe and enjoyable pool season for everyone!

The HOA has mailed the 2025 amenity stickers to all residents in good standing. If you didn't get your stickers, email the HOA office.

Each owner and authorized occupant (“Resident or Residents”) of a Legacy Park (“LP”) household, in good standing with the Legacy Park Community Association, Inc. is required to have an LP-issued photo-identification card (“LP ID”). LP IDs are available from the HOA and are issued to any Resident 12 years of age and older. LP IDs are the property of the HOA and must be shown when requested by authorized personnel as detailed and defined below.

Please remember that all Legacy Park residents over the age of 12 years must carry their Legacy Park picture ID with them while on Legacy Park's common property. This tag must be shown to gain access to the amenities and common areas and for entrance to many Legacy Park events.

Individuals under 12 years of age are NOT allowed

to be on Legacy Park's property without supervision.

If you do not have your ID, you will be asked to leave the area. If you or your family members have lost the ID please come to the HOA office for a replacement. Please bring a photo ID with you to get a Legacy Park ID. The HOA will provide one (1) replacement photo ID; however, each subsequent ID will be $10.00.

One red & silver sticker should be placed on the back of your Legacy Park ID card. Again, if you do not have an ID tag with this sticker you will be asked to leave the common areas.

As a reminder, residents are responsible for ensuring that their guests are informed of the rules of LP and that these guests follow the rules at all times. The LP HOA reserves the right to suspend privileges, prosecute an individual, Resident, or guest, for destruction, abuse, or misuse of property, and assess the costs and expenses of any damage to LP property to the Resident responsible.
