All ECA Members,

The actions of the last couple of days concerning the OSHA ETS have been fast and furious. With that in mind National NECA and we at ECA have been and will continue to monitor the ever-changing vaccination and testing mandate status.

These documents hopefully address many of the questions that you may have, but please reach out to us with any additional questions that you may have. 

This is a very fluid situation and additional changes, and information are likely to come. However, at this point it is prudent to plan as if the OSHA ETS will be implemented.
