CMM Represents Vicon Machinery Group in its Acquisition by Lindab International

CMM is delighted to announce that our client Vicon Machinery Group, the leading U.S. manufacturer of rectangular ventilation duct machinery, has been acquired by Lindab International, a publicly traded billion-dollar corporation. CMM's Vincent Costa led the deal team, which included Marc Saracino and Zachary Mike. Through the negotiations, CMM worked closely with multi-family office Strata Alliance; tax advisors Sasserath & Co.; M&A advisory firm Protegrity Advisors; and trusts and estates counsel DePinto Faldetta, LLP.

CMM Closes Sale of Manufacturer to Private Equity Group

CMM recently closed the multimillion-dollar sale of a manufacturing company that has supplied its products to other businesses across the globe for 40 years. CMM’s Christine Malafi negotiated the deal, which showcased CMM’s depth of knowledge in the M&A seller-side and manufacturing space.

Sale of Pickleball Facility Moved Swiftly

CMM recently closed the sale of an indoor pickleball facility, pro shop, and lounge, and the transaction moved as swiftly and efficiently as the ball on the court! CMM Partner Donald J. Selling an accounting practice can be a challenging and complex process, as a NYC-based accounting firm recently learned when they started the sale process on their own. Malafi Named Chairperson of the Judicial Screening Committee of SCBA
