Legal Clinic with Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless

The Young Lawyers Division is excited to announce that the Legal Clinic with the Health Care for the Homeless (LCHCH) is back! The Legal Clinic has been reformatted to best serve New Mexicans experiencing homelessness by offering a monthly call-in clinic with case managers and a once quarterly in-person clinic at Health Care for the Homeless.

8 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. MST

The YLD is currently recruiting for call-in attorney volunteers for the June virtual clinic.

Attorneys are need for:

• Housing
• Child support
• Debt and Collections
• Disability Benefits
• Criminal law (especially attorneys with Bernalillo County outreach court experience)
• Expungement
• Social Security
