Dear Legends Club Members,
We are near completion of the practice facility renovations. Barring any unforeseen issues sodding and sprigging will be complete by the end of the week. In order to accomplish this, we will be closing the practice range tomorrow from 10AM – 2PM. We are receiving rave reviews of our new TurfHound mat system. For those that have yet to experience them we have a short video introduction from Director of Golf Micah Hicks. With multiple construction projects underway, we anticipate some parking challenges so we created a partnership with the First Baptist Presbyterian Church across from us on Legends Lane. Members may park in the FPC lot from 7am – 7pm Monday thru Saturday. We added a gap in the perimeter fence for easy access to the West Tee as this will be a great option for members practicing on the west end. We have also purchased a new Bentelli six-seater golf car to assist us at times when shuttling is needed.
I am looking forward to my first Member – Guest events at Legends Club. I wanted to communicate a few closures over the next 9 days in support of both tournaments:
Friday, June 16th:
Both Practice Tees will be closed 10:00am – 2:00pm to complete sod work.
Friday, June 16th - Saturday, June 17th:
The Magnolia Member – Guest
- Legends Club Grille closed. The Cupp Lounge open.
- North Course closed till 2:00pm.
Wednesday, June 21st:
Member Dinner CANCELED.
Thursday, June 22nd:
Practice facilities open per usual.
The Ironhorse Member – Guest:
- Clubhouse, North Course, and South Course closed all day.
Friday, June 23rd – Saturday, June 24th:
The Ironhorse Member – Guest:
- Clubhouse, North Course, and South Course closed all day*.
- Both Practice tees will be closed till 9:30am.
*Clubhouse and North Course will re-open Saturday at 2:00pm.
