Dear Joan,
The short (30 day) session of the NM state legislature began yesterday. This is a fiscal session with many important elements of funding that address climate, public health, water protection. etc. NM IPL is most closely following and supporting a few bills. We have created a legislative action guide document with brief descriptions of the bills, links to the full text, action asks, and links to congressional contacts.
May we move forward in gratitude, wisdom and strength as we engage this holy work of advocacy with, and on behalf of, our communities of creation.
