Mayors and City Managers:
On Friday afternoon (7/11), the Florida Department of Governmental Efficiency (DOGE) contacted Florida cities with a new request for information. Click here to view the letter.
The requested information and spreadsheet are due one week from today, on Monday, July 21, 2025. If your jurisdiction cannot meet that deadline, you can request an extension by emailing DOGE (EOGDOGE@laspbs.state.fl.us) with the expected additional time you believe you need.
Please take note of the following limitations (outlined in the letter) on the total amount of revenues your jurisdiction took in during Fiscal Year 23-24:
- For municipalities with revenues exceeding $50M, you may omit revenue sources providing $250,000 or less in FY 23-24.
- For municipalities with revenues between $10M and $50M, you may omit revenue sources providing $100,000 or less in FY 23-24.
- For municipalities with revenue of less than $10M, please include only the 10 largest revenue sources. You may also report only for FY 23-24.
