CS/CS/SB 774 (Brodeur) relating to Financial Disclosures, passed the Senate Rules Committee this morning. The bill passed the committee by a vote of 16-4 with Senators Colleen Burton, Lauren Book, Shevrin Jones, and Victor Torres voting No.
Councilman Robert Yaffe and Mayor Joshua Fuller, Bay Harbor Islands, testified in opposition to the bill.
