URGENT: Tell Congress to Reject Anti-Israel Amendments and Strengthen U.S.-Israel Defense Cooperation

Congress is considering amendments to the FY26 Defense Appropriations Act, which funds critical programs like the lifesaving Iron Dome, David’s Sling and Arrow systems, which have protected countless civilians from rockets, missiles, and drones launched by hostile actors like Iran, Hezbollah, and Hamas.

Please ask your member of Congress to oppose anti-Israel amendments and support amendments to strengthen important U.S.-Israel defense cooperation.

Support the Antisemitism Awareness Act

Reach out to your Representative today and urge them to support the swift passage of the Antisemitism Awareness Act. A vote for this bill is a vote for the Jewish community, a vote for Jewish students, and a vote against antisemitism.

Together, we can ensure bipartisan support and pass this critical legislation.

Tell NEA to Put Students First and Fight Antisemitism

The National Education Association (NEA) has voted to cut ties with ADL, sending a chilling message: that the marginalization of Jews is acceptable.

By severing this partnership, the largest teachers' union in the country is stripping schools of trusted, time-tested resources that help educators teach about the Holocaust, address antisemitism, and combat all forms of hate.

Join ADL in demanding that the NEA fulfill its responsibility to educators, students, and families by restoring its partnership and recommitting to the fight against antisemitism.

The JCRC is mobilizing community members, led by co-chairs Ellie Batt and Dana Gonzales, to help our friends and neighbors impacted by the recent raids in Omaha.

The work of supporting the most vulnerable in our community is crucial to our values as a Jewish community.

Please bring donations to the JCC front entrance Monday-Friday during regular business hours until further notice. We are coordinating with our partners in the immigrant community for distribution.
