WELCOME TO LEHI HIGH SCHOOL
Lehi High School is a happening place with many events going on. We appreciate all of your patience with construction as we update to new and improved facilities. We as an administration love Lehi.  We welcome a new Assistant Principal Jason Flinders to our school administration.   We are exited to watch our students excel. Their commitment to excellence in all areas is a tribute to our community, school, and the families they represent.

We are excited about the rebuild that is currently going on. We will be opening a new gym this fall and a new auditorium in the spring.  We appreciate your patience and support throughout this process. This is an exciting time for Lehi and we are excited for the new year.

GO PIONEERS!

Keeping Teens Safe Online
Sponsored by School Community Council
In Jean M. Twenge’s book, " iGen: Why Today's Super-Connected Kids Are Growing Up Less Rebellious, More Tolerant, Less Happy--and Completely Unprepared for Adulthood--and What That Means for the Rest of Us, " she analyzes data from 4 national studies conducted since the 1960’s. She uses this data to compare today’s generation of young adults and teenagers to previous generations. She concludes, "iGen is distinct from every previous generation in how its members spend their time, how they behave, and their attitudes toward religion, sexuality, and politics. They socialize in completely new ways, reject once sacred social taboos, and want different things from their lives and careers.”

Twenge explores how the introduction of smartphones has affected this generation. She discusses the trends and how these trends are shaping our society in many different areas. This book is very informative for anyone who has teenagers or young adults or works with them .

The SafeUT Crisis Chat and Tip Line is a statewide service that provides real-time crisis intervention to youth through live chat and a confidential tip program – right from your smartphone. https://healthcare.utah.edu/uni/safe-ut/
