During the Region 4 Championships last week Raff ran a time of 14:56 on the three mile course finishing just behind three runners from American Fork, two of which are ranked in the top 30 nationally, while American Fork as a team is ranked first nationally among high school teams. He has proven time and again that he is a national level competitor. With the State Championships coming up in just over a week he again has the chance to race against the top runners in the nation.
