Tuesday, May 25
7 pm
Rio Tinto Stadium
Graduates will need to arrive at 6:15 pm. To ensure the ceremony starts on time, all patrons are asked to be in their seats by 6:40 pm.
On May 24th at 8 am, there will be a graduation assembly held in the auditorium for all seniors. Following the assembly, graduates will be given their cap and gowns. Seniors can also pick up their yearbooks right after that. Graduation cords can be purchased through the financial office and seniors can find out if they qualify for any cords by contacting their club advisors. High Honor Roll and Honor Roll students will be contacted by email.
Graduation will be live streamed online and links will be available on our school website once those links are established
For those attending graduation at Rio Tinto Stadium, we want to make you aware of their security guidelines. Please be aware of the following requirements for anyone coming to graduation:
- Clear bag policy. Any bags that are not clear will not be allowed into the stadium. There will be security at the gates.
- No food allowed. Only factory sealed water bottles are allowed.
-
There will not be a limit to the number of guests per graduate, however, parking is somewhat limited. Graduates/Families are encouraged to limit the number of vehicles.
- All guests will enter on the West side of the stadium.
- No umbrellas or posters allowed - they block the view of other guests.
Also, Because of the need to quickly vacate the stadium grounds after the ceremony, there will not be time for visiting and/or photos at Rio Tinto. We will be sending out details of opportunities for you to come and take photos with your graduate at the school, so you can have more time.

For all students and parents of students that have checked out a school chromebook, we wanted to make you aware of the timeline for chromebook returns. Our financial office needs to have fines put in by May 14. so officially chromebooks not returned by that date will appear as a fine. However, students may return those chromebooks after that date and have that fine removed. If your student needs the chromebook after May 14 they may keep them to do this year's school work up until the end of school. Students that with questions regarding school chromebooks, please come to the front office and ask for Mr. Clark.

If you have questions about what books are checked out to you, the librarians can help you. If these books are not returned you will be charged for them.

Town Hall Meeting
Dear LHS Community,
Congratulations on a great school year! We are in the home stretch!!! Before we leave for summer break, I would love to invite you to a town hall to discuss school funding. On May 17th from 7-9 pm in the Lehi High School Auditorium, Rob Smith (our Assistant Superintendent) and I will discuss school funding and answer questions. We’ll go over what is funded by the state, what comes from different tax levies, and more. If you have specific questions you want to ask in advance, you can send them through this form and we will be prepared to answer them.
Please invite your friends and neighbors to join us. Knowledge is power, and sharing is caring.
Grateful to be representing Lehi,
Stacy Bateman
ASD School Board Member

A Guide to Download Your Google School Content
Your School Account → Your Stuff → Take It With You
Student Google Drive files are not accessible after graduation
or after a student leaves the district.
School G Suite accounts are closed when you graduate or transfer to a different district. This means that you will no longer have access to your G Suite files unless you take them with you.
Download your data from all G Suite products
Export a downloadable archive with a copy of your data
from your school Google resources.
Follow the onscreen instructions to create a downloadable archive of your data that you can later upload to a personal Google Account.
Due to security restrictions, you should follow the instructions to create a download link via email, or create a one time archive onto a personal computer or thumb drive.

The Lehi High School greenhouse is up and running with flowers and vegetables for sale. To sign up for a time to come visit us please use this link. We are limited on product and times to come and visit our greenhouse, but may open up more times once sales have completed this weekend. We thank you for your continued support of our program. We wish we could provide everyone an opportunity to visit us each year, but we truly are limited on space and product. Please consider us for your poinsettia needs during the winter.
Follow us on our Lehi FFA facebook page and our Lehi FFA Instagram page for updates on our students progress and plant needs.

This year we are inviting parents who have an Amazon account to select our school as a charity you would like to give money to. Smile.amazon.com is a way you can pair your account with the Lehi High School PTSA. We use the money to show gratitude to the high school staff. (meals, treats, gift cards)
The smile.amazon.com site will give a portion of each qualifying purchase to the Lehi High School PTSA. Simply go to "smile.amazon.com" and it will ask you which charity you would like to donate to. Our name is "PTA Utah Congress Lehi High PTSA."
You can Shop and Give - win, win for everyone.
