Congratulations Drill!
The Lehi Pionettes are excited about their accomplishments this year. After competing at four regional competitions, their overall ranking named them as Region Champions. They went on to compete at State Semi-Finals where their scores qualified them to compete with the best of the best at State Finals. Here, they were awarded 7th overall in the state for 5A. This was incredibly exciting as this was their first year competing in this division. The Pionettes want to thank all of their friends, family, and Lehi High School staff who have supported them during the 2019 season and look forward to another amazing season next year. Go Lehi!
Congratulations!
Sarah Stanley entered the Scholastic Art and Writing contest with a poem. She won a Silver Key Award for our region in poetry. This is an amazing accomplishment, as she competed with students from the western part of the U.S.

Keeping Teens Safe Online
Sponsored by School Community Council
Teaching our children digital citizenship practices must begin by teaching them more than the "do's and don'ts," it must include teaching them character. They must have integrity to not use phones to cheat, empathy to stop cyberbullying, and compassion to stand up for those being hurt. This resource, created by commonsense.org , show how to apply positive character traits in our use of digital media.
This link shares tips on how to have "the talk" with our children about using technology correctly.
