Keeping Teens Safe Online

It’s 2019! It’s a new opportunity to make internet safety resolutions that you and your teens can both live with. If last year found you complaining that your kids communicated with emoji’s more than words, it’s time to reconnect and make this the year you help your children build a healthy relationship with technology.

Band Bash

We will be having the annual Lehi "Band Bash" on Monday, January 28th from 6-7pm in the Lehi Main Gym. This combined concert features performances from all the concert bands at Lehi High School and Willowcreek Middle School. There will be about 250 student performers .

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction is well underway! Thank you for your patience with the parking lot. The new athletic wing, including the main gym and the first auxiliary gym are now well under way. Projects are moving ahead as scheduled, and we are looking forward to their completion. Two members of the Purple Typewriter Creative Writing Club are having work published in a young writer's short story anthology called Join Our Writing Clan. This anthology is published by Teen Author Boot Camp that hosts a conference every year. Sarah Stanley's work will appear in the printed version of the anthology and Evie Thurgood's work will appear on the website. Congratulations to these two outstanding young writers!

For any juniors wanting to go to girl's state or boy's state, the applications are in the counseling office.

The Semper Fidelis All-American Program

This program honors high school juniors who go above and beyond. Students will be chosen based on moral character and academic performance in addition to athletic abilities.

Selected students will receive an all-expenses paid trip to the Battles Won Academy this July in Washington, D.C. and be honored as an All-American which is invaluable when it comes to resumes and college applications.
