School News

LHS Parent and Students,

We appreciate everyone's support last week as we had a state playoff soccer game followed by a big region football game, both resulting in Lehi wins!! As we prepare for our final region football game against Orem this Wednesday at 7pm. We will not be allowing reserving seats prior to 5:30 on game day when the gates open. Please do not put tape (it is extremely hard to remove the resin) or other materials to the bleachers, they will all be removed prior to the game.

Sincerely

Lehi Administration

LEAD student of the week

Jace McGary is loyal, adaptable, and determined. I have seen many situations where he has been loyal and adaptable, but really what amazes me is his determination to do the best in everything he sets himself too. He is always determined to put his best foot forward.

Cami Nelson is adaptable and determined and also demonstrates many LEAD characteristics. She is a true leader and always willing to fill in when others don't follow through. She can quickly adapt to situations and is a self-starter. She will jump into action without being asked.

Derek Shumway is Loyal and Adaptable. It amazes me how much effort that Derek puts into all his relationships showing loyalty through many different situations. Sometimes he gets distracted, but always is adaptable enough to get back on course and make adjustments. Great Dude!

Rojeen Giravi shows empathy and is adaptable. She is accepting and a friend to all, includes others, and shows empathy as a leader. She has learned to be adaptable especially in working with our preschool children. She can quickly make adaptations to activities as guided by the children needs.

AP Students, it is time to pay for your AP test. You can pay in the finance office My  School Fees

If you are currently taking an AP course, please note the dates below:

Friday October 28th : LAST day to order exams in the Financial office or online.

Monday December 12th : Last day to submit accommodations for the AP exam.

Please understand that these deadlines and dates are firm and must be adhered to in order to take AP exams

Seniors time to order!

Seniors you can order your cap and gown, and celebration items online!

Josten's link to order online

Your celebration items, such as your tassel and Senior swag will ship directly to your home within 2-3 weeks. Your exclusive school announcements or photo announcements, along with your exclusive mascot tassel and custom school cap and gown will arrive at the school in the early springtime. Senior graduation rings and Letter Jackets will ship directly to your home within 6-8 weeks.

Sterling Scholar applications are due by November 1st in Room 238 by 2:45 p.m. If there are seniors that are interested and did not come to the informational meeting, they can go and talk to Mr. Gagnier in Room 238.

Any students wishing to park on campus must have a school parking permit. You can apply for that here and then purchase in the Finance Office once you receive email confirmation that your application is approved. Only juniors and seniors can get school permits. Students will be ticketed for parking on campus without a permit, for parking in visitor or handicap spots, or for parking in prohibited areas.

There is limited street parking on Main Street and 300 North, on the school-side of each street. Parking in front of, or to the side of neighboring homes requires a Lehi city permit and could result in a city ticket. Parking is also available at the Lehi city outdoor pool.

Fee waivers are available to qualifying households to cover all school fees. Applications can be found here and must be turned in, with all required documentation, by September 30.

There is also the option of setting up monthly payments to take care of school fees, and you can find the ACH form on the same website.

The school attendance policy states that tardies must be excused the day of and absences must be excused within 10 school days. You may call or email the Attendance Office, or send a note with your student, to excuse those. You also have the option this year of excusing your student on Skyward for full day absences only.

Yearbooks are now $75

Last day to purchase yearbooks and baby ads will be November 22nd.
