Career Lunch with Chris Baum
|
For the counselors Career lunch they had Chris Baum, a Jazz executive as a guest speaker. He came and spoke to the kids about marketing, sales, sports marketing, broadcasting, sponsorships... You name it! He told us stories about current and former players, Mrs. Miller, and the company itself. Then he gave away prizes he brought. Some kids got Jazz bobble heads, Jazz water bottles, and one even got a ball signed by all of the players! It was a great learning experience!

Earning a CTE Pathway can lead to higher paying jobs directly out of High School due to experience earned in class. Internship is one of many CTE classes offered at Lehi High School, which will give the student direct work experience. CTE is a great way to get a jump start on a future career!
If you know of a student interested in earning a CTE Pathway (link below), please talk with the CTE Specialist Teri Drew in room 154 (ext. 154) or to his/her counselor.
