GSFA Platinum Select Summer Promotion (Now Live)

Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) is pleased to announce that the GSFA Platinum Summer Promotion is now officially live for loan locks, effective today, May 1, 2026.

As announced in Bulletin #26-08, the Platinum “Select” feature has been temporarily expanded to all eligible Platinum borrowers through June 30, 2026, regardless of occupation or First Mortgage Loan type.

This limited-time enhancement provides eligible borrowers with up to 5% total homebuyer assistance as follows:

3.5% DPA Second Mortgage Loan

15-year fully amortizing loan
Interest rate matches the First Mortgage
Monthly payments apply

Up to 1.5% DPA Gift Funds

No repayment required
Subject to market conditions

Reminder: Promotion Period

This temporary expansion of the Platinum "Select" feature applies only to Platinum loan transactions locked between May 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026.

All standard GSFA Platinum underwriting guidelines and eligibility requirements remain in effect. Gift fund availability remains subject to market conditions.
