NJHMFA has developed a new process for our Quality Control Department to audit loans that have been purchased by the Agency. As a part of this new process, we provide lenders with an audit report of findings that need to be cleared. In an effort to reduce the number of findings and to discuss audit trends, all lenders are required to complete a mandatory Quality Control Webinar. Staff members who assist with the post-closing and delivery of closed loans to the Agency are required to attend.
