Police and Fire Electronic Delivery:
NJHMFA has developed a process for the electronic delivery of closed loan packages via the MetaWorx System. Participating Lenders are required to complete a mandatory webinar on the electronic delivery process within the next week to learn the process.
The electronic upload process will allow NJHMFA staff to review files while working remotely. Complete files, including the original note, allonge and other collateral will still need to be delivered to NJHMFA via Fedex/UPS overnight mail, for loan boarding purposes. After reviewing the electronic files, clearing any conditions and confirming delivery of the physical package, NJHMFA will be able to purchase the electronically delivered loan package. It is imperative that the uploaded collateral documents are identical to the physical documents mailed to NJHMFA. Any collateral deficiencies or inconsistencies on loans purchased during this time will be subject to post-purchase review and conditions. If the collateral cannot be perfected by the lender within 60 days, the lender will be required to repurchase the loan.
